Typically welded to the outside of shipping container sides to repair forklift damage, corrosion or vandalism. Simply pick a patch bigger than the cut/corrosion, cut out or flatten the damaged area, grind the areas to be welded, MIG weld in place and paint and that's your container wind and water tight again.
